I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size, but I had issues with the door not locking. They could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. The service was a highlight with very nice and friendly staff, but I witnessed a disturbing incident of a staff member screaming at a coworker. The location was convenient for my visit to Hershey and the Italian restaurant nearby, although the small size and slippery floor were drawbacks. The dining options were a mix of good and lacking variety. Overall, there were ups and downs during my stay.
